What is a Lockbox and how does it work?
- A lockbox is a bank-operated P.O. Box payment processing solution. We designate a P.O. Box in the name of your business, and then you provide the P.O. Box address to your customers to send payments to. Our third-party vendor, Lighthouse Payment Services, will scan and process all checks and correspondence on your behalf. A batch deposit will be posted to your account in overnight processing, and daily reports are provided with all check data and images for you to reconcile.

- Standard daily emails provide PDF reports with check images. The Lockbox website also offers PDF reports and check images, as well as CSV reports with check and account information. Additional file format options are available for customization.
