- Bank Verification Letters: These documents confirm your business banking relationship with Grasshopper, including key details such as your account number, business name, and account type. They are often required for compliance, vendor setup, or financial transactions.
- Wire Instructions: These provide the necessary details to receive domestic or international wire transfers securely into your Grasshopper account.

How to Generate a Bank Verification Letter or Wire Instructions
- Login to Online Banking
- Click Tools in the navigation bar
- Select Key Documents in the drop-down menu
- Select Download for the desired document
- Select the appropriate account
- Click Print Document
Important Notes
- Key Documents refers to Incoming Wire Instructions and Bank Verification Letters.
- By selecting Print Document, you will have the option to save it as a PDF or print it for your records.
- Only authorized signers on the account have access to generate these documents.
- Users with Admin, Collaborator, or Viewer roles will not be able to generate a Bank Verification Letter or Wire Instructions.
- This feature is not currently available in our mobile app.
