Changing Your Password
Changing your password regularly enhances security by reducing the risk of unauthorized access and safeguards your accounts. At Grasshopper users can change their own password once per day. If you have changed your own password and need it changed again in the same day, please contact your Company Administrator.
Unlocking Your Account
Common mistakes happen that may cause your account to be locked. At Grasshopper users are allowed three unsuccessful login attempts before their account is locked. Users may also be locked if they have become inactive due to not logging in within 90 days (or 10 days for users with a temporary password). If you suspect your account has been locked, you can rest your password yourself at login, request a password reset by your company administrator, or contact Client Services.
